Designs of London was established over 8 years ago; when after
a disappointing cufflinks shopping expedition we found the range
of cufflinks on offer to be uninspiring and unexciting.
So we made our own. Our first cufflinks ranges were made using materials such
as ceramic, crystal, holograms and Perspex, which although are commonplace now
were
actually
considered
extremely unorthodox then and were received with some scepticism by the traditionalists
who make cufflinks.
In the first year of trading however, WD London's cufflinks designs were already
a
best
selling
brand within Liberty, Harrods and Selfridges; even Paul Smith had commissioned
a range of our modern designs.
Our wide range of cufflinks cover every taste from the classic to the outrageous
and the cufflinks brands continuing success is due to our individual look, exciting
packaging
and competitive price points, which we work incredibly hard to maintain.
